Well, I had to take this picture to prove that the child does sleep sometimes. I did take him to the doctor, and he is getting molars on both sides on the top, and that big gum thingy the other day? That was a huge blood blister on top of the molar on the bottom of his mouth. So, if you lost count....the poor baby is getting 3 molars at the same time!!! OUCH!! The doctor gave us some lollipops that numb the mouth. He loves them!

Hi Jessica!! I don't know if you remember me or not but I went to OC and also majored in EC education. I think we talked a few times at church a while ago. Anyway, I just wanted to tell you our 9 month old has had many troubles with her sleeping too and there are MANY days and nights I just don't know what to do. I also read the Ferber book and we have tried that. But like you said they are crying for a reason and you hate to make them cry all night in their bed. I just judge it the best I can. If I know for sure nothing is wrong...just having separation anxiety then I will let her cry some. IT is still so hard though. Well, I just wanted to let you know we are having problems too. I feel like I am the only one going through this but I know I'm not! I hope you have gotten some sleep recently and know I'm thinking of ya!
